On Sunday 28th June 2026, we are hosting our Charity Skydive Team Day at Brackley Airfield and we would love you to be part of the team.Â
Last year’s skydive was an incredible experience. Participants included individuals with varying levels of sight loss and different impairments, all of whom were fully supported throughout the day. The skydiving staff were professional, calm and highly accommodating, ensuring everyone felt confident, safe and included from briefing through to landing.Â
One of last year’s jumpers, Don Reed, who is almost totally blind, said:Â
“I honestly did not know what to expect, but it was one of the most exhilarating and empowering experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were absolutely fantastic they explained everything clearly, made sure I felt safe at every stage, and were completely accommodating of my sight loss. It proved that nothing should hold you back. I chose to jump for Berkshire Vision because I know how important their work is for blind and visually impaired children and adults, and this felt like a meaningful way to support that.”
