Schools

We really enjoy visiting schools, colleges and universities to share the work of Berkshire Vision and raise awareness with students about the importance of eye health and preventing sight loss.

From reception class through to university students, assemblies, lessons – you name it, we’ll adapt our presentation and talk to suit your needs.

We hope by raising awareness of Berkshire Vision and our work, young people will become eye ambassadors and help to prevent sight loss and advocate eye health.

More than half of sight loss in the UK could be prevented with regular eye tests. Early identification can prevent future sight loss. Let us come in and talk to your young people and make them aware of the importance of looking after their sight.

If you’d like to find out how you could get involved, we’d love to hear from you, contact fundraising@berkshirevision.org.uk or telephone 0118 987 2803
