How to use our Virtual Events(Telephone)

Logging in to one of our virtual events is easy. Simply:

First, call the following number 020 3821 1622

You will now be asked to dial the meeting ID which we will upload to the page.

You will now be asked to record your name by saying your name after the tone.

An automated announcement will now be made to those already connected saying “Jo Smith, has joined the meeting”

You are now able to talk to everyone in the meeting.

To leave the meeting, simply hang up.
