Workshop Description

Confidence is your ability to trust yourself and your judgement. Resilience is your ability to bounce back when things go wrong.

In this workshop, we discuss what confidence and resilience mean to you and how you can build them further. You will learn tips and tricks to help you display confidence physically and feel more confident mentally. Physical presentation, image and mental exercise will be covered.

This meeting will be on Zoom. You will be asked to have your camera on and microphone connected, so that you can contribute fully. Please arrive dressed as you would for a job interview or business meeting; this will help you prepare psychologically. You will also need space to stand up and move around the room; don’t worry if this sends you off-camera during an exercise!

To book on to any of these sessions please call Caroline on 0118 987 2803 or email caroline.catline@berkshirevision.org.uk
