Telephone Befriending

Being visually impaired makes someone far more likely to be socially isolated and we hate the idea of anyone feeling lonely! Our telephone befriending service will match you with a volunteer to call you each week (or however often works best for you) to make sure you have someone to talk to.

We have telephone befrienders who speak the following languages:
Arabic, Bengali, Dutch, French, German, Gujarati, Hindu, Krio, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Romanian, Spanish, Tamil, Urdu

If you would like a telephone befriender please give us a call on 0118 987 2803.
